Sorry… the current website is rough. A full Doxy 2.0 rebuild is on the way.

Built Without Compromise

A New Chapter for Doxy

Doxy has always stood for uncompromising performance.

Over the last year, we’ve rebuilt the brand from the ground up. Every product has been redesigned, every manufacturing process reviewed, and every detail challenged to create a new generation of Doxy products that are stronger, more reliable and built to perform for years to come.

Today, Doxy 2.0 is shipping worldwide, supported by a new team, new manufacturing partners and a renewed commitment to engineering, quality and customer service.

This isn’t simply a new company.

It’s a better Doxy.

What Changed?

In August 2025, the previous company behind Doxy, CMG Leisure Ltd, entered administration.

Doxy 2.0 Ltd was subsequently formed as a completely new and independent company. We acquired the Doxy intellectual property, product designs and website, but none of CMG’s stock, spare parts, warranty obligations, repair centre or financial assets were transferred.

Rather than simply restarting production, we chose to rebuild the brand properly. That meant developing improved products, establishing new manufacturing partnerships, implementing higher quality standards and creating the foundations for the future of Doxy.

Built Without Compromise

Every product in the Doxy 2.0 range has been carefully refined using everything we’ve learnt over the past decade.

Across the range you’ll find improvements including:

  • Reinforced product construction
  • Redesigned tactile controls
  • Improved sealing on cordless models
  • Refined electronics and motor control
  • Enhanced quality control throughout production
  • Premium new packaging
  • Regional fulfilment centres for faster global delivery

These aren’t cosmetic changes.

They’re meaningful engineering improvements designed to create the most dependable Doxy products we’ve ever produced.

Shipping Worldwide

Doxy 2.0 products are now shipping across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and many other international destinations.

With regional fulfilment centres and a growing global distribution network, we’re able to provide faster delivery and improved customer support than ever before.

As production continues to increase, additional retailers and distributors will continue joining the Doxy network.

Supporting Legacy Doxy Products

We know many customers still own products purchased before Doxy 2.0 was formed.

Unfortunately, because Doxy 2.0 Ltd did not acquire CMG Leisure Ltd’s stock, repair centre or warranty inventory, we’re unable to honour warranty replacements or repairs for products supplied by the previous company.

If you’re looking for support with an older Doxy product, please visit our Help & Warranty page. We’ve created detailed troubleshooting guides, explain what support is available, and regularly update the page with the latest information.

Looking Ahead

Doxy has always been built around one simple principle:

Never compromise on performance.

That same philosophy now guides everything we do, from product design and engineering through to manufacturing, packaging and customer support.

The launch of Doxy 2.0 isn’t the finish line.

It’s the beginning of the next chapter.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us throughout the rebuild, placed a pre-order, shared feedback or simply believed in what we’re building.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

The best Doxy we’ve ever made is finally here.

FAQs

Doxy Support FAQs (Transition Period)

1. My Die Cast 3 / 3R silicone head has come loose. What can I do?

This was a known weak point in the older CMG-made products. The best fix is a strong silicone-to-metal adhesive. For the best result: • lightly sand the metal cap • clean and dry both surfaces • use a silicone-safe adhesive (Loctite Clear Silicone, Permatex Clear RTV, Sil-Poxy) • allow to cure overnight This creates a stronger bond than the original factory glue.

2. My metal collar has fallen off. How do I fix it?

The collar can be re-secured using a strong glue that bonds metal to plastic. • lightly sand away any loose paint • clean the surfaces • apply a thin layer of adhesive and press together • leave to cure fully We’re aware this fault existed on older models and it has been designed out in the upcoming 2.0 versions.

3. I purchased directly from the Doxy website before October 2025. What do I do?

Those orders were handled by CMG Leisure Ltd, who went into administration. You’re still welcome to log a warranty, and we’ll contact you when we’re able to offer support.

4. Is the 2-year extended warranty still valid?

No – this programme was run by CMG Leisure Ltd and ended when they entered administration. All new Doxy 2.0 purchases are covered under our own 12 month warranty - Help & Warranty

5. My replacement (from before the takeover) is now faulty. What happens?

Please log a warranty through our form. Although we can’t replace or repair older units right now, we’re keeping a record of all affected customers.

6. I bought my Doxy from another retailer and it’s within 12 months. Who handles it?

Please return to the retailer you purchased from. Your standard consumer protection applies through them.

7. When are the new Doxy 2.0 versions arriving?

We're taking pre-orders with some items shipping now. Sign up to our newsletter for updates and early access.

8. I’ve lost my charger cable. Can I buy a new one?

We have now sold through all legacy model support accessories such as cables, adapters and silicone heads. We've tried to locate the suppliers, but have been unlucky.

The rubber neck on my wand has snapped. What do I do?

The Legacy wands under CMG are made using a rubber neck and are not designed to be exerted with too much pressure past 90 degrees for an extended period of time. Doing so causes the drive spring inside the neck to wear on the inside of the sleeve. Ultimately, that wears thin, becomes brittle, and snaps the wand. Unfortunately, this is a known fault with the CMG Legacy stock: 1. It has been engineered out of the Doxy 2.0 2. The website is very clear that this is not a warranty-replaceable item 3. We do not have any spare necks, so unfortunately there is nothing we can do. You would have to perform your own repair using glue; however, you must try not to get any glue on the drive spring inside, and you could potentially use a splint to keep the neck stiff.

9. My Die Cast 3R cable isn’t charging the wand. Should I buy a new one?

Probably not. If the cable doesn’t work, it’s usually a fault inside the wand, not the charger. A new cable won’t fix it.

10. I need a plug adapter. Which ones do you stock?

Unfortunately support for legacy models has ended - we've sold out of all plug adapters and the 2.0 adapters are not compatible with CMG era models.

11. I need a “fat pin” 3R charger.

We don’t stock the older fat-pin chargers and have no access to CMG’s remaining parts.

12. Can I get spare parts to repair my wand myself?

We don’t have any spare parts from the CMG era. The previous stock and components were not transferred during the administration process.

13. I sent my Doxy in for repair before the company changed. Where is it?

We don’t have access to the old factory, repair centre or team. Any items sent in before the administration are unfortunately not retrievable.

14. I was previously given a code for a free replacement. Can I still use it?

Those codes were issued by CMG Leisure Ltd and are no longer valid. We can’t honour them, but please log a warranty so we have your details.
