Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched the same or next working day when stock is available.
Our fulfilment centres operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During launches, promotional periods or unusually busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order has been handed to the carrier.
⚠️ EUROPE ORDER STATUS ⚠️
Orders to European destinations outside the UK are currently temporarily paused due to significant service issues with our existing fulfilment partner. Unfortunately, too many orders have experienced delays and unreliable tracking, and this simply isn’t the level of service we expect for Doxy customers.
We’re now onboarding a new European fulfilment partner and transferring stock into their warehouse.
You can still place your order as normal, but please allow approximately two weeks of additional processing time while we complete the transition.
We expect European order processing to resume from 14 October.

Canada
Current service:
- $55 CAD on all orders
Canadian orders are currently shipped using our international fulfilment service.
You could later replace this with:
- $20 CAD on orders under $150
- FREE on orders of $150 or more
once Canadian fulfilment is live.
Australia
- $20 AUD on orders under $150
- FREE on orders of $150 or more
New Zealand
- $19.99 AUD for parcels up to 499g

Europe

Duties, Taxes & Customs
No sales tax added at checkout
We do not add additional sales tax to your order at checkout.
Duties and import taxes
For most destinations, we ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means applicable import duties and taxes are covered before your parcel arrives, so there should be no additional customs payment required on delivery.
Some destinations cannot currently be shipped DDP and are instead sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In these countries, local customs authorities may charge duties, taxes or handling fees before delivery.
Examples of destinations currently shipped DDU include:
- Croatia
- Iceland
- Israel
This list is not exhaustive and may change as our international shipping services develop. If you are unsure about your destination, please contact us before ordering.
DDU orders may incur additional charges on arrival which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Discreet Packaging
All Doxy orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents of your parcel.
Where required, the sender information will show our regional fulfilment partner or Doxy 2.0 Ltd.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a little time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.
If tracking has stopped updating or your parcel appears delayed, contact help@doxymassager.com and we’ll investigate.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
In-stock orders can enter fulfilment very quickly and may be dispatched the same working day, so we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
There is generally more flexibility over weekends and public holidays as fulfilment centres normally dispatch Monday to Friday.
