My new fave. As a long-time Hitachi fan, the new Doxy hits harder which is exactly why I got it. Love that it is mains-powered (no more dying at the critical moment), and came natively with an Aussie plug and worldwide voltage rating.

So solid. The buttons don’t
So solid. The buttons don’t get as slippery as I’m used to which is nice and the purple continues to just be gorgeous. Could have used a note in the getting started book on how to switch out the plug, but a google search helped with that.

Hi Jocelyne, Thanks for the lovely review - really pleased you’re enjoying the new buttons, solid build and of course the purple! (my fave too!!) I did have a little smile at the plug comment though 😅 The instructions are actually on page one, in the very first setup section of the owner’s manual, including the TwistFit click system. That said, if you missed it then others probably will too, so we’ll look at making the booklet even harder to overlook in every box and add a video to the website help sections! Impossible to beat Doxy
After some difficulties with my initial delivery, customer service responded promptly and made me feel very listened to and valued, they dispatched a replacement immediately. They were excellent and the product itself is fantastic, its a significant improvement from my first Doxy wand (bought in 2021), it's very rumble-y and heavy, unlike a lot of other brand wands which I find too buzzy. This a reliable and premium quality wand.
