Legacy model support notice

Replacement parts and accessories for legacy Doxy models, including the Die Cast 3R and Die Cast R, have now fully sold through and are no longer available.

Following the transition to Doxy 2.0, we unfortunately no longer have access to previous manufacturing stock, tooling, or replacement components for these earlier models, meaning we are unable to source additional parts once inventory reaches zero.

If you have recently purchased a legacy product and your order arrived missing a plug adapter, please contact help@doxymassager.com and we will investigate this further for you.
