By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.

Please also read these Terms alongside our Privacy & Cookies Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery information and Help & Warranty page.

2. Who Can Place an Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher minimum legal age that applies in your country, to place an order through our website.

Our website is primarily intended for purchases by individual consumers.

If you wish to purchase Doxy products for wholesale, resale or other commercial purposes, please contact us before placing an order.

We may limit quantities or refuse an order where we reasonably believe that it has been placed for unauthorised resale, fraudulent purposes or other activity outside the normal use of our consumer website.

3. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device.

From time to time we may make minor changes to products, packaging, components or specifications as part of ongoing development and improvement. These changes will not materially reduce the functionality or quality of the product you ordered.

Packaging may occasionally differ from images shown on the website, including during transitions between packaging versions.

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions on our website and to withdraw products from sale.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your order.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or carrier charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these are not collected by Doxy at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment is taken or authorised when your order is placed.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment providers. Where you choose a payment method offered by a third party, additional terms from that provider may also apply.

We are not responsible for credit decisions, eligibility decisions or payment arrangements made independently by third-party payment providers.

If an obvious pricing error occurs and the price displayed is clearly incorrect, we may contact you before dispatch and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts, promotional products or coupon codes.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions;
  • only one discount code may be used per order;
  • discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
  • selected products may be excluded;
  • promotions may be subject to availability;
  • promotional products may have no cash alternative;
  • discount codes may have an expiry date or usage limit; and
  • we may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed.

We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been obtained, distributed or used fraudulently or contrary to the stated terms of the promotion.

6. Placing an Order & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

The automated order confirmation we send confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

All orders are subject to payment approval, availability and any reasonable security or verification checks.

Unless we tell you otherwise, our acceptance of your order occurs when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment already taken.

7. Customer Information & Contact Details

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing your order.

This includes:

  • your full name;
  • delivery address;
  • billing information;
  • email address; and
  • telephone number where requested.

Please do not provide false, temporary, fabricated or deliberately incomplete information.

Your email address and telephone number may be used by Doxy, our fulfilment partners or the delivery carrier where reasonably necessary to process, verify or deliver your order.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided can be used to contact you while your order is being processed and delivered.

Please check your details carefully before submitting your order.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes to the delivery address or contact details can be made.

8. Order Verification, Fraud Prevention & Our Right to Cancel

To protect Doxy and our customers against fraud, payment misuse and unauthorised transactions, we may carry out reasonable checks before dispatching an order.

We may temporarily place an order on hold while those checks are completed.

We may contact you using the information supplied with your order if we need to verify your identity, payment, delivery address or other order information.

We reserve the right to refuse, hold or cancel an order before dispatch where we reasonably believe that:

  • an email address or telephone number is false, invalid or materially incomplete;
  • the delivery or billing information is false or incomplete;
  • we are unable to verify information supplied with the order;
  • payment has not been authorised;
  • payment details may have been used without permission;
  • the transaction may be fraudulent;
  • the order may have been placed using a false identity;
  • the order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale;
  • the delivery address cannot reasonably be serviced;
  • the product is unavailable;
  • an obvious pricing or website error has occurred;
  • fulfilling the order would breach applicable law, sanctions, carrier restrictions or import requirements; or
  • there is another serious and legitimate reason why we cannot safely or lawfully fulfil the order.

Where additional information is reasonably required and we cannot contact you using the details supplied, or you do not provide the requested information within a reasonable period, we may cancel the order.

If we cancel an order before dispatch after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, delivery estimates, dispatch information and available destinations are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Orders may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, transport disruption or other events affecting delivery networks.

Where a delay materially affects your order, we will provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law.

10. Incorrect Details, Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information supplied with your order are accurate and complete.

Providing an incorrect email address or telephone number does not automatically make you responsible for a parcel which is genuinely lost while the risk of loss remains with Doxy.

However, if incorrect, false or incomplete information supplied by you directly causes additional costs or a delivery failure, you may be responsible for the reasonable direct costs resulting from that information, to the extent permitted by law.

This may include circumstances where:

  • an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied;
  • the recipient cannot be identified or located at the address provided;
  • the carrier needs additional information but cannot contact you because the email address or telephone number supplied is invalid;
  • a parcel is refused without cancellation of the order;
  • a parcel is not collected following reasonable notification from the carrier;
  • a parcel is returned to Doxy because of information supplied incorrectly when the order was placed; or
  • you request redelivery following a delivery failure caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

Reasonable additional costs may include carrier return-to-sender charges, address correction charges and the cost of sending the parcel again.

Where a returned parcel is not redelivered and a refund is due, we will only deduct costs where we are legally entitled to do so.

We will not impose arbitrary penalties or charges unrelated to the actual loss or additional cost caused.

11. Risk of Loss or Damage

Doxy is responsible for the goods while the risk remains with us under applicable consumer law.

For UK consumer purchases, risk normally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you to receive the goods, takes physical possession of them.

If you independently arrange your own carrier and that carrier was not offered by Doxy as a delivery option, different rules may apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer the risk of loss or damage to you earlier than permitted by applicable law.

If you believe a parcel has been lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate with the carrier.

You may be asked to provide information reasonably required by the carrier to investigate the delivery.

12. Delivery Instructions & Carrier Changes

If you make changes directly with a delivery carrier after dispatch, including requesting a different delivery address, neighbour, collection point or other delivery arrangement, you are responsible for ensuring those instructions are accurate.

Please be aware that changing delivery instructions after dispatch can affect what information Doxy has available when investigating a delivery problem.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights you may have.

13. International Orders, Customs & Import Rules

We ship Doxy products internationally to supported destinations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order can legally be imported, possessed and used in the destination country.

International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.

Depending on the destination and delivery service, import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or other local fees may be payable.

Where these charges have not been collected by Doxy during checkout, they are normally the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for charges imposed independently by customs authorities or governments.

If an international order is refused, abandoned or returned because the recipient does not pay legally applicable import charges or fails to complete required customs procedures, reasonable direct costs incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order.

Because orders may enter our fulfilment process shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request received after fulfilment has started can be completed before dispatch.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will normally need to be handled as a return.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.

15. Change-of-Mind Returns & Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will normally have a legal right to cancel a distance-sale contract within 14 days after receiving your goods without giving a reason, subject to certain exceptions.

If you tell us within that period that you wish to cancel, you will normally have a further 14 days to return eligible goods.

Full instructions are available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and any standard outbound delivery charge that we are legally required to refund.

If you selected a delivery service that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, we do not have to refund the additional cost of that upgraded service.

Unless the goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or we agree otherwise, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind return.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.

16. Hygiene-Sealed Products

Because of the intimate nature of our products, some Doxy products are supplied sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons.

Where a sealed product is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, your statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may cease once that hygiene seal has been broken after delivery.

Please therefore inspect the packaging carefully before breaking any hygiene seal if you are considering returning the product because you have changed your mind.

This restriction does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.

17. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Your legal rights relating to faulty goods are separate from our manufacturer’s warranty.

Products supplied by Doxy must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

For UK consumers, this includes requirements that goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, is incorrect or develops a fault, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other remedy.

UK consumers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days in circumstances covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

After this period, other statutory remedies may continue to apply.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides further information.

Nothing in these Terms limits or replaces your statutory consumer rights.

18. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Our manufacturer’s warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from doxymassager.com on or after 23 October 2025.

Products purchased before this date were supplied by the previous company and are not covered by the Doxy 2.0 Ltd manufacturer’s warranty.

If you need support with an older Doxy product, please see our Help & Warranty page for further information.

Eligible products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal domestic use.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage;
  • misuse, abuse or neglect;
  • damage caused by improper storage or handling;
  • liquid damage beyond the product’s stated IP or water-resistance rating;
  • normal cosmetic wear and tear;
  • damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications or disassembly;
  • damage caused by using the product contrary to the instructions supplied with it; or
  • damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose.

Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

Where a valid manufacturer’s warranty claim is accepted, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.

The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights. It does not replace or restrict them.

19. Product Use & Care

Please read and follow the instructions supplied with your Doxy product.

In particular, you should observe:

  • charging and power instructions;
  • cleaning instructions;
  • storage recommendations;
  • the stated waterproof or water-resistance rating;
  • warnings contained in the product manual; and
  • any other safety information supplied with the product.

Not all Doxy products are waterproof.

Do not immerse or expose a product to water unless its stated IP rating and instructions specifically permit this.

Doxy is not responsible for damage caused by use that is clearly contrary to the instructions supplied with the product, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for a product that is defective or unsafe.

20. Personal Use & Resale

Products purchased through our consumer website are intended primarily for personal use.

You must not purchase products using fraudulent information, stolen payment details or for an unlawful purpose.

You must not falsely represent yourself as Doxy, an authorised Doxy distributor or an authorised Doxy retailer.

If you are interested in stocking or reselling Doxy products commercially, please contact us regarding a wholesale account.

21. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of doxymassager.com is owned by or licensed to Doxy 2.0 Ltd.

This includes:

  • product designs;
  • photography;
  • video;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • written content;
  • packaging artwork;
  • website design;
  • trademarks; and
  • other brand assets.

“Doxy” is a registered trade mark.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

22. Third-Party Websites & Services

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we control or endorse all content or practices of those third parties.

We are not responsible for the availability, content or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.

Where you choose to use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

23. Our Responsibility to You

We do not exclude or limit our liability where doing so would be unlawful.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded;
  • goods that do not meet your statutory rights; or
  • any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Our products sold through this website are primarily intended for private and domestic use.

If you use a product for business or commercial purposes, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of business opportunity, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that liability.

24. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Occasionally, our ability to process or deliver an order may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

These can include severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, customs delays, industrial action, government action, war, civil disturbance, interruption to utilities or telecommunications and major disruption affecting our suppliers or delivery partners.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events.

This section does not remove any cancellation, refund or delivery rights you have under applicable consumer law.

25. Governing Law & Your Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

However, if you live elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of the country or territory where you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country or part of the UK in which you live, these Terms do not prevent you from doing so.

26. If Part of These Terms Is Unenforceable

Each section of these Terms operates separately.

If a court or competent authority decides that any part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

27. If We Do Not Enforce a Right Immediately

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

For example, if we allow additional time for you to comply with an obligation, we may still enforce our rights later.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, website or applicable law.

The Terms that apply to your purchase will normally be those in effect when your order was placed.

Changes published after you place an order will not retrospectively change your contract unless required by law or agreed with you.

The latest version of these Terms will always be published on this page together with its effective date.
