Not as good as I was expecting
I upgraded from the plug-in to the cordless, but I feel as though it’s too powerful from the first setting and then you can’t tell much difference in the increase in power as you move up through the settings. I would’ve liked it to start more gently and then notice an increase in the power as you turn it up. It’s a very solid sturdy product looks great!

Hi Sally, Thanks for the honest and constructive feedback. You’re right that the Max Cordless begins at a particularly strong level. It was deliberately designed for customers who wanted near plug-in levels of power without the cable, but I completely understand that this won’t suit someone looking for a much gentler starting point. We're going to continue to test and develop the product and want a lower starting point. Its currently a trade off introducing too much shake to the handle, which we absolutely do not want. The Die Cast Compact Cordless has a slower and softer low end and may be better suited to the progression you prefer. Your comments about making the steps through the Max’s power range feel more distinct are useful. We were going for more refined smooth steps rather than jolting transitions. Unhappy
We purchased the die cast because it was claimed to be the rumbler of rumblers. Like a lelo large wand with a few more settings above that. Unfortunately it does not have deep rumblings at all for our use. I would compare its performance to a yarosi mini from amazon for fourty nine dollars. Two hundred and fifty dollars three months wait very disappointed. This won’t let me star the review. I would give one star. At least it looks cool.

Hi Brian, Thanks for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. I’m genuinely sorry that, after waiting three months, the Max hasn’t delivered what you expected. I do have to push back slightly on the suggestion that there’s no deep rumble though. The 2.0 Max was specifically re-engineered around producing a deeper, lower-frequency vibration, with a larger head and redesigned internal weight to create more movement and depth rather than simply a faster, buzzier sensation. Your description is therefore quite different from the feedback we’re receiving from the majority of Max owners, particularly those coming from other wand brands. If yours genuinely feels comparable to a small $49 vibrator and you’re getting very little depth from it, I’d actually like you to email us before writing it off completely. I’d rather rule out a settings issue or something unusual with the unit than simply tell you that your experience is wrong. You waited a long time and spent a lot of money on it, so I’d much rather understand what you’re feeling and see whether we can help. And yes… at least we managed to get the “looks cool” part right 😅 Leigh

holy. fuck. the best vibe ever. I struggle with "hitting that spot" and often end up in the same position trying over and over to hit it. It is so strong I can hit it any position and be satisfied. This thing is small but mighty.
