Your privacy is important to us.

All Doxy orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents of your parcel. The sender information will simply show our regional fulfilment partner.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are subject to stock availability.

During busy periods, new product launches or seasonal events, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual.

• Parcelforce / DPD – Tracked and signed
• Typical delivery: 2-5 working days

United States

• Free shipping on orders over $99 USD
• Local fulfilment from within the USA where stock is available.
• Some accessories, including replacement cables, may ship from our UK warehouse.
• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days

Canada

• Standard shipping from $29.99 USD
• Typical delivery: 7-10 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Australia & New Zealand

• Free shipping on orders over $199 AUD
• Australia Post
• Australia: 2-6 business days
• New Zealand: 4-7 business days

Rest of the World

• Free shipping on orders over £250
• Typical delivery: 4-15 business days, depending on destination.

Customs & International Deliveries

Where possible, we ship orders DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), meaning there are no additional duties or import charges to pay when your parcel arrives.

For some destinations this isn’t possible, and orders will be shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). In these cases, any local customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. (currently this affects Iceland & Israel – If you are unsure, feel free to reach out and we can check)

International deliveries may also be delayed while parcels are processed through customs.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, we’ll refund the order once it has been received back, less any shipping or customs costs incurred.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please report missing deliveries within 14 days of your dispatch confirmation. This gives us enough time to investigate with our delivery partner before their claims window expires.

Unfortunately, reports made after this period may no longer be eligible for investigation or compensation from the courier, which can significantly limit the options available to resolve the issue.
