Throughout these terms, “Doxy”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Doxy 2.0 Ltd.

“You” refers to the customer purchasing products through this website.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are accurate.

However, colours may vary between screens, and from time to time product specifications, packaging or availability may change without notice as part of ongoing product improvements.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to withdraw products from sale at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken at the time an order is placed.

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes. Unless specifically stated:

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Discount codes may exclude selected products or promotional offers.
• We reserve the right to withdraw promotional offers at any time.

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

Where products are offered on a pre-order basis, estimated dispatch dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to manufacturing, shipping or customs delays.

If significant changes occur, we’ll communicate updated timelines where possible.

5. Shipping

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products purchased comply with the import regulations applicable in their country.

7. Manufacturer’s Warranty

This manufacturer’s warranty applies only to products purchased directly from doxymassager.com on or after 23 October 2025.

Products purchased before this date were supplied by the previous company and are not covered by this manufacturer’s warranty. If you’re looking for support with an older product, please visit our Help & Warranty page.

Eligible products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal domestic use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage.
• Misuse, abuse or neglect.
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling.
• Liquid damage beyond the product’s stated IP rating.
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, modifications or disassembly.
• Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose.

Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

If a valid warranty claim is accepted, Doxy 2.0 Ltd will determine the most appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including product designs, photography, graphics, logos, text and branding, is owned by or licensed to Doxy 2.0 Ltd unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

“Doxy” is a registered trademark. All other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience.

We accept no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of external websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, Doxy 2.0 Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products through it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing within these Terms affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable local legislation.
