Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy
Effective 23 October 2025
This policy should be read alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy and Terms of Sale.
It applies to all orders placed with Doxy 2.0 Ltd via our website.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
Doxy is now under new ownership.
The previous manufacturer, CMG Leisure Ltd, entered administration in August 2025.
Doxy 2.0 Ltd is a new and independent company managing all sales, fulfilment, support, and warranty enquiries going forward.
We’re rebuilding carefully and bringing Doxy back stronger… thank you for your patience and support while we do.
PRE-ORDERS
1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is available for immediate dispatch.
Pre-order items are clearly labelled as Pre-Order on the product page and are not yet held in stock at the time of purchase. Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your order.
2. Products available on pre-order
Pre-orders are currently available for selected Doxy 2.0 products only, including:
Die Cast Max Plug-in (Purple, Black, Brushed Metal)
Die Cast Compact Cordless (Matte Black, Blue)
Availability may change at any time. Pre-order products are listed on dedicated product pages and are separate from legacy or in-stock items.
3. Estimated dispatch timeline
The estimated dispatch window for Doxy 2.0 pre-orders is July.
This date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Dispatch will begin once products arrive at our warehouse, pass final checks, and are ready for fulfilment.
International manufacturing and shipping can occasionally cause small delays. If there is any significant change to the estimated timeline, we will notify you by email.
4. Order confirmation and updates
Once you place a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your purchase is a pre-order.
Pre-order customers may also receive update emails as we get closer to dispatch, including confirmation of estimated shipping dates and next steps.
5. Free pre-order gift (while stocks last)
While pre-orders are live, we may include a complimentary Doxy Bullet with qualifying orders, subject to availability.
This offer:
Is limited while stocks last
May be changed or withdrawn at any time
May be sent separately from your main order
- The colour you receive will either be Silver or Rose Pink and is random
- Discount codes cannot be combined with the bullet offer
6. Cancellation before dispatch (pre-orders)
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.
If cancelled before dispatch and no free gift has been sent, you will receive a full refund.
If a complimentary Doxy Bullet has already been dispatched, your refund will be issued minus approximately 90% of the Bullet(s) standard retail price, reflecting the retained value of the item and cost of shipping.
Examples:
Bullet GBP MSRP £49.99 → £45 deducted per bullet
Bullet USD MSRP $69.99 → $63 deducted per bullet
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
7. Changes to shipping address
You may request a change to your delivery address up to 72 hours before expected dispatch.
To support this, we aim to email customers in advance with an estimated dispatch date. Address changes requested after this point may not be possible.
8. Dispatch and delivery
Orders will begin dispatching as soon as stock is received and the warehouse is ready to fulfil orders.
Fulfilment is handled:
From the UK for UK and Europe orders
From within the US for US and Canada customers
From Australia for Australia, New Zealand, and Asia
Shipping is DDP, with no additional duties or charges on delivery. Free shipping applies to pre order and complimentary items.
9. Cancellation after delivery
Once your order has been delivered, you retain any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply in your country of residence.
For UK and EU customers, this includes a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after delivery. Our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws.
GENERAL CANCELLATIONS (NON PRE-ORDER ITEMS)
11. Cancelling an order before dispatch
For products not purchased on a pre-order basis, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To cancel or amend an order, please email orders@doxymassager.com as soon as possible with your order number.
12. Refund timelines
Approved cancellations and returns are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

14. Governing law and local protections
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Customers outside the UK receive the same 12-month manufacturer warranty outlined on our website. Local consumer protection laws may also apply depending on your country of residence.
Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any rights you may have under those laws.
